All set up to get the most out of Natural Cycles?
To get started with Natural Cycles you need a Natural Cycles account and a basal thermometer.
A basal thermometer is a digital thermometer displaying two digits after the decimal, i.e. 37.00 °C (98.00 °F). This accuracy is required to optimally find the small temperature rise that occurs when you ovulate.
Once we have gotten to know your cycle a bit we will recommend for you to take an LH test (ovulation test) a few days a month. This is optional but will help to detect your ovulation and can lead to more green days.
Natural Cycles is an effective method of contraception. And so much more. It's the app that gives you the knowledge to get to know your body and truly understand how your cycle works. It's protection with more sexual freedom - minus the side effects. Natural Cycles is certified for contraception only in Europe. In other jurisdictions, Natural Cycles is intended to be used for fertility monitoring
