All set up to get the most out of Natural Cycles?

To get started with Natural Cycles you need a Natural Cycles account and a basal thermometer.

A basal thermometer is a digital thermometer displaying two digits after the decimal, i.e. 37.00 °C (98.00 °F). This accuracy is required to optimally find the small temperature rise that occurs when you ovulate.

Once we have gotten to know your cycle a bit we will recommend for you to take an LH test (ovulation test) a few days a month. This is optional but may help detect your ovulation quicker.

Natural Cycles is a digital method of contraception. And so much more. It's the app that gives you the knowledge to get to know your body and truly understand how your cycle works.

Natural Cycles is only available as a method of birth control in the USA and Europe. In countries outside the USA and Europe, Natural Cycles is intended to be used for fertility monitoring.
