Terms of Service
This document (and the other documents mentioned below) includes and constitutes and govern the terms of service of the website, www.shop.naturalcycles.com, and the purchase of goods in it.
We reserve ourselves against end sales, image and text errors on our webpage. We reserve the right to replace an item with an equivalent product. Should deviations result in you not wishing to have the item, the right of withdrawal will apply according to the Swedish distance and home sales law. All attempts of fraud will be reported to the police and Natural Cycles reserves the right to cancel a purchase in case of suspected fraud.
The terms of service may change depending on updates in the webshop management. So it is important to read these terms of purchase for every purchase that is made.
2. Company information
The webshop is performed under the brand ‘Natural Cycles’ of Natural Cycles Nordic AB (Swedish organization number: 556952-7657), with registered address Luntmakargatan 26, 111 37 Stockholm, Sweden. (in the document the company can be mentioned as Natural Cycles, we and us)

3. You personal and purchase information
3.1 By initiating and completing a purchase, you also confirm that you are of legal age (18 years), as we do not enter into agreements with minors.
4. Product availability
Items on the webshop can be changed and may be removed from the assortment.
4.1 If an item in your order should be out of stock at the time of purchase, it will be sent out automatically as soon as a new delivery has been received.
4.2 On a multiple product order and an item is out of stock, Natural Cycles reserves the right to divide and re-order or delete the item from the order unless the delivery cannot be done within a reasonable time. An additional shipping fee will not be placed on the customer. For the items to be re-ordered the monetary value must exceed $17 USD (including VAT).
4.3 Should there be any obstructions to the new delivery of the sold-out item or if the total of the new delivery should be under $17 USD, a refund will be made and an email with the information will be sent.
5.1 Standard delivery
With the exceptions of point 4.1 and 4.2 above, our standard delivery includes; a delivery within 24 h from placed and the estimated shipping time is:
Up to 6 business days within Scandinavia
Up to 8 business days to the rest of Europe
Up to 30 business days to the rest of the world
If the delivery is made after 12 a.m a business day before a weekend or bank day, the processing of the order will not commence until the next working day.
5.2 Express delivery
We do not offer any express delivery.
5.3 Delivery costs
Our existing shipping costs are $6 for international shipping, regardless of delivery size.
5.4 Custom fee
An extra customs fee may be applied depending on where in the world you live as a customer, this is nothing we cover, so keep up to date on how your custom rules look like before ordering.
5.5 Should we deliver the wrong number of items or the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so that we can correct the error. You can do this by emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will contact you shortly with instructions on how to return the wrong order and with information on when you can expect a new delivery with the right products.
5.6 Unclaimed packages and returned deliveries
We may take out an extra fee for unclaimed packages. This also applies when given the wrong delivery address, to cover the extra shipping fee and extra handling costs.
6. The right of cancellation and Warranties
As a customer at Natural Cycles webshop you have a two (2) year warranty on the Basal thermometer (Celsius) and a one (1) year warranty on the other thermometers.
Other webshop items are not covered by any warranty and are instead cited to make a complaint.
During the warranty time, Natural Cycles commits to answer for the function of the item. The warranty does not apply to: accident, neglect, overload/thunder, abnormal use or if the instructions for maintenance and service instructions are not followed.
Items that are warrantable are repaired. If the reparation is considered unprofitable, the product may be exchanged for another item with equivalent function/performance.
For legal persons, the manufacturer's stated warranty is only applied, see the product's packaging or manual.
6.2 Return policy
You have the right to return a webshop purchase within 14 days from the day of purchase. This does not include digital products such as the Natural Cycles subscriptions or gift cards. The cancellation period is counted from the day you receive the last item in your order, given it is returned in undamaged, unlabelled and unbroken original packaging.
Due to health and hygiene reasons products with a broken seal is not covered in the right of cancellation. Neither do intimate products such as vibrators, condom, female sanitary products and pelvic floor trainers.
You as the customer is responsible for the item until the return has reached us and that it is returned in an unchanged manner. Package the item in a way so that it does not get harmed during the delivery.
Eventual refunds will be done within 15 days from that we receive the returned articles.
7.1 Due to the consumer purchase law in Sweden, the complaints period is 3 years. To be able to submit a complaint, you as a customer must be able to prove that the fault of the item was there when the purchase was made. These complaints are not covered by the purchase of a digital product, such as the subscriptions or gift cards. The complaint must also be done within a reasonable time from when you discover or should have noticed the fault.
You place a complaint by emailing email@example.com. If the issue cannot be rectified otherwise than returning the item, you will receive an address from us where your return should be sent. We will refund your return cost when we have received the item and the complaint approved. A complaint must be made within a reasonable period of time from the fault being detected.
If other measures cannot be made on the product and an equivalent item is not available, a refund may be made. An eventual refund of the item and shipping will be made within 15 days from the date of the decision.

If you are unhappy with our handling of your case, please contact the Swedish General Complaints Board (ARN, www.arn.se). We comply with the decision of the General Complaints Board in connection with an appeal.
8. Prices and payments
VAT is included in the price (25%).
The prices in our range can always change due to e.g taxes and fees, commodity prices or exchange rates change.
8.3 Payment methods
The payment methods are with debit/credit card or with PayPal. If the required payment information is not filled out, the order will not be completed.
8.4 Payment safety
At Natural Cycles you can pay safely with a credit/debit card over the internet. The payment system we use is an affiliated company to PayPal that have the same security demands as PayPal.
When you pay with a credit/debit card to pay online you will not only need to add card number or expiration date, but you will be asked for a safety code. This is just to be able to make your purchase safely.
9. Force Majeure:
Natural Cycles are exempt from penalties for failure to fulfill certain obligations under this Agreement if the failure is due to liberating circumstances as described below and the circumstance prevents, obstructs or delays completion.
As a liberating circumstance, government action or failure, new or amended legislation, labor market conflict, blockade, fire, flood, tampering, major accident or other types of natural disaster. Force majeure includes government decisions that negatively affect market and products, e.g. restrictions on the indication, warning texts, sales prohibition etc., an abnormal decline in the market and if the company is exposed to a criminal activity that affects the business.
